Garments Sample

The display of a fabric or Garment Sample is a visual. The actual color, pattern, design, finishing and appearance may differ from what was appreciated from the page display of that Garment Sample. Garment Sample display may be appreciated differently. Images of samples do not reference an exact color, appearance or finish, but serve as initial guidance only.

Garment Sample Description:

Garment sample descriptions are reference text identifiable with the Garment Sample and does not need to be a description of the sample itself.

Payment:

TailorBigMike accepts payment by PayPal payment service. An order made where payment is made by PayPal is processed after the payment transaction is complete and approved.

Payment Security:

TailorBigMike accepts payment through PayPal and does not maintain a record of personal payment details.

Delivery:

The orders placed for which payment has been accepted will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible. TailorBigMike shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, damages or delays in connection with the delivery of the order for clothes purchased through TailorBigMike.

Receiving Order of Clothes:

TailorBigMike shall not be liable for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer. TailorBigMike will use its best endeavors to resend the order of clothes to the corrected address. TailorBigMike shall not be liable for any losses in connection with delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any charges incurred for retrieval and delivery to the second address shall be borne by the Buyer.

Customs and Duties:

The Buyer shall be responsible for any and all custom duties and taxes. Custom duties and taxes vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. TailorBigMike shall not be liable for any charges or costs relating to customs duties and taxes applicable on the delivery of clothes.

Garment Care

Garments shall be washed or dry cleaned before your first wear. Garments will still have chalk marks, minor smudges and will not be iron pressed.

• Shirts: Cold wash at 30 degrees Celsius. Do not tumble dry.
• Cotton & Linen: Cold wash 30 degrees Celsius. Do not tumble dry. Iron by using a thin cloth in-between iron and garment.
• Jackets: Dry Clean Only
• Suits: Dry Clean Only
• Tuxedo: Dry Clean Only
• Pants: Dry Clean Only
• Overcoats: Dry Clean Only
• Vest: Dry Clean Only

Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted to TailorBigMike with photos taken from the front, back and side preferably taken by another person to clearly indicate the area of complaint with the garment. The Buyer may also need a measurement tape to indicate the difference in size.

A maximum of 60 US dollars will be offered via in-store credit or PayPal for suits, tuxedo and topcoat only for any alteration that may occur. This is only on approval of TailorBigMike for you to get slight alteration as needed to get the right fit.

Fabric Availability

Stocks may all not be available at all times and you may be requested to make a change to your fabric selection. The Buyer shall not be able to cancel an order if a particular fabric is unavailable.

Return and Refund Policy

TailorBigMike shall not return or refund any payment. TailorBigMike is not liable for any damages, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental arising from or in connection with purchases on our online store.

Fit

A garment is tailor made and not machine made, slight variations in the fit of two finished products with same body measurement may occur

Fabric

Slight difference in shading may occur of the same fabric. Garments reordered or remade at a different date from the original will differ in color shade.

Cancellation

No cancellation of any order placed.

Sizes:

TailorBigMike may adjust measurement of sizes sent by customers to create a pattern proportionate for each individual. TailorBigMike may contact the Buyer if sizes appear incorrect.

Alteration

All costs of return of shipment for an alteration of the garment will be borne by the Buyer. TailorBigMike will not be responsible for shipping, duties and taxes in connection with an alteration. Shipment return costs, expenses, custom duties and taxes to the Buyer after alteration shall be borne by the Buyer.

Delivery

Delivery is made directly to each Buyer according to the shipping address given when placing an order with TailorBigMike.

Production Error

Production Errors showing differences with order placed shall be notified to TailorBigMike with an image of the garment as worn by the Buyer.

Measurement

Measurement differences do not qualify as a Production Error.

Images and Color Selection of Customization:

Image and color choices are visuals and serve for guidance purposes only.

Size Chart

TailorBigMike has its own size patterns and details of this shall be reviewed by the Buyer

Body Measurement

Allowances and additions to body measurement sizes will be made by TailorBigMike

Reserve The Right To Make Changes to the Agreement.

TailorBigMike reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions, privacy policies, and prices at any time without prior notice. In the event that changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications to these Terms and Conditions indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
